TO: Review the activities of the Foundation during 2023

Approve the Financial Statements for 2023

Elect members to the Board of Directors

Carry out other duties as required

While voting is limited to members of the Foundation, everyone interested is invited to attend.

Following the meeting there will be a presentation regarding plans for 2024 and beyond.
