Thanks to all of you who assisted with the very successful sidewalk sale held over the August long weekend in conjunction with the DBIA.  It took quite a lot of work by Board member Al Matthews and his crew, but over $1,200 was raised for the Museum Foundation in the two days.

Now we have been given the opportunity to repeat as part of the September 17th Downtown Harvest Festival!  Again we are asking for donations of items appropriate for a sidewalk sale.  We can arrange pick up if that works best for you or items can be dropped off at the Heritage Centre any time we are open.  (For items valued and sold for $50 or more a tax receipt will be issued.)

By the way, there are still some good used books available at bargain prices waiting for you at the Centre!
